Neeta Goel, President & CEO
Neeta has more than 20 years in the IT industry. Her experience spans telecom OSS applications, sales & distribution, product management, event management, payroll & taxes, inventory management, asset management and application migration. She began her career as a developer and worked as DBA, lead architect, analyst, quality manager and delivery manager. She has led strategic initiatives in capability development; including setting up an R&D center for IT application teams. She also developed new processes for technology identification and training to keep IT forces at cutting edge of technologies. As part of global consulting team at NIIT, she was instrumental in setting up delivery center in Philippines.
Her technical savvy is impressive, but her passion is people. In work she has collaborated cross-functionally and cross culturally having worked on teams located in Japan, Singapore, India, America, and the UK. In her personal life she was instrumental in setting up a Math Circle in the Dallas Metroplex to cater to the educational needs of students hoping to compete in events like the International Mathematics Olympiad.
Neeta is well-known for her work in Verizon’s Information Technology Organization. She acted as lead architect for the end-to-end design for broadband ordering application platform for Verizon's FiOS initiative. She also managed programs for many product launches of pricing and ordering systems for enterprise and small business at Verizon.
Neeta holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from MREC, Jaipur (Now MNIT); and a masters in business administration from FMS, Delhi University, India where she was awarded a gold medal.
Her personal interests range flying (she is a certified pilot), mountaineering (she has completed a Himalayan expedition), photography, and traveling.
Satish Goel, Sr Vice President
Satish has 21 years of experience in executive leadership, leading marketing initiatives for high value technology services and heading large delivery organizations.
Most recently before joining Newt, Satish led Consulting, Offshore Development, and Business/Knowledge Process Outsourcing at Automation Image, Inc. During his 5 year tenure, Satish contributed to the growth of the company by establishing a significant number of new clients and by increasing the company revenue several times over.
Before joining Automation Image, Satish led the marketing and program management teams of the Business Solutions division at Siemens. Before this, Satish was responsible for managing large infrastructure projects in the petrochemical, fertilizer, power and chemical industries.
Satish has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, Delhi University, India; and a masters in business administration from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University, India. He was double gold medalist (Overall Top Ranking Student) in his masters program.
Satish is an active member of Scout Troop 700 in Dallas, TX. Previously he was declared a President’s Scout in India. He has been on various Parent-Teacher-Student boards in the Coppell School District where he lead an initiative to bring senior professionals to schools to provide guidance to students in choosing a career and give them exposure to “work” life.
