Neeta Goel, President

Neeta Goel is President and CEO of Newt Global Consulting and has responsibility for defining strategy for new business, sales, marketing and setting up offshore partnerships. In her most recent past, she had been an architect and program manager in Verizon's Information Technology Organization. She has been one of the lead architects for end to end design for broadband ordering application platform for Verizon's Fiber To The Premises (FTTP) initiative. She managed programs involving cross-functional teams for many product launches for pricing and ordering systems for enterprise and small business at Verizon.

In her 19+ years of global IT consulting career, she has worked with diverse teams in Japan, Singapore, India, US, UK to deliver IT solutions for complex business scenarios.

Neeta is a passionate social activist with leadership in math education in Dallas Metroplex. She was instrumental in setting up of Math circle in Dallas Mtroplex to cater to higher math education needs of students aiming at competitive examinations like International Mathematics Olympiad.

Her major experience has been in telecom OSS applications, Sales & Distribution, product management, event management, Payroll & Tax, Inventory management, asset management and financial systems and migration of applications. She started her IT career as grass root developer and worked as DBA, lead architect, analyst, Quality manager and delivery manager. She has led strategic initiatives in capability development such as setting up an R&D center for IT application teams. She also developed competitive strategies to keep IT forces at cutting edge of technologies by defining new processes for technology identification and training. As part of global consulting team at NIIT, she was instrumental in setting up delivery center in Philippines.

Neeta holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from MREC, Jaipur (Now MNIT) and masters in business administration from FMS, Delhi University, India. She was awarded gold medal in her MBA program.


Satish Goel, Sr. Vice President

As a senior member of managing team, Satish heads all delivery operations of Newt Global Consulting.

In recent past, As Sr. Vice President, Satish headed the Consulting, Offshore Development and BPO SBUs at Automation Image, Inc. Satish was responsible for the P&L of the units headed by him. During his 5 year tenure, Satish was a key contributor to the growth of the company by establishing a significant number of new clients and was instrumental in increasing the company revenue multifold.

Satish has 21 years of broad experience in executive leadership, leading marketing initiatives for high value technology services and heading large delivery organizations. In addition, Satish has varied experience in leading business initiatives, implementing large enterprise wide change management and systems implementation projects. He has extensive experience in building integrated solutions serving multi functions of an organization. Before joining Automation Image, Satish worked at Siemens in a leadership role heading up the marketing and program management areas of the Business Solutions division. Early in his career, Satish was responsible for managing large infrastructure projects in Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Power and Chemical industries for about 13 years. Satish has a broad interest in community service. He is an active member of the Scout Troop 700 in Dallas, TX. Previously he was declared a President’s Scout in India. He has been on various PTSO boards in the Coppell School District. He is leading an initiative to bring senior professionals to schools to provide guidance to students in choosing a career and give them exposure to the “work” life.

Satish has a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, Delhi University, India and a Masters in business administration from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University, India. He was double gold medalist (Overall Top Ranking Student) in his masters program.

Satish lives in the Valley Ranch area of TX with his wife and 2 children.


Derrick F. Moore

Derrick Moore is a dynamic and progressive executive with a more than 22-year track record of technical and consultative leadership success.

Prior to coming to Newt Global, Derrick served as Vice President of Delivery Services & Relationship Management for Alliance Data Systems, reporting to the CIO, where he joined forces with division executive teams to identify, deliver, and manage cost-effective technology solutions. He cultivated, maintained, and greatly improved business-partner relations while managing a multi-million dollar P&L. Prior to that, in a consultative role, Derrick also served as a Senior Program Management consultant for Verizon Communications, Inc. where he deployed the nation’s first ‘FIOS’ program to residences and businesses, leading the project management office (PMO) for the telecom-data business unit. Derrick also served as Director of Delivery Services for CGI, Inc. a Canadian-based near-shore/offshore systems integrator, where he designed and launched Nokia’s first e-business development center in the Americas. He also developed and published Nokia’s global communications guidelines to enable multi-country distributed application development across the Americas, Finland, and India. Prior roles include Program Director for Scient Corporation, a premier dot.com firm out of San Francisco and various management positions at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) where he served for 15 years.

At Newt Global Consulting, Derrick now works with senior executives of progressive companies, helping them achieve their business objectives through applicable technologies and sound delivery methods. His industries experience spans the Airline, Financial Services, Retail Transaction Services, Telecommunications, Marketing & Loyalty Services, and E-Commerce industries.

Derrick is well-regarded for his broad knowledge in technology and process consulting within the business-technology and services industry, and has been quite successful at effectively balancing customer delight with business outcomes throughout his career. Derrick is married and has two sons. He enjoys spending time with his family and church, and staying fit.
